Fitness and Wellness has always been a passion of mine which ultimately became my career path. I enjoy watching people discover what the human body is capable of when you take care of it through massage therapy, fitness and most importantly nutrition. I was born and raised in Wyoming along with my four other siblings who craved the competitive edge the world of sports offered. Throughout my HS and college running career, I maintained discipline with a healthy lifestyle and the assistance of some amazing coaches who showed me the importance of recovery through massage. However, in my mid 30's, I experienced first hand the effects of stress from juggling military life, work, school and raising children without a wellness plan in place. Massage therapy isn't just for relaxation, it is crucial to aid in muscle recovery, flexibility, structural corrections as well as stress relief to name a few. Although we all suffer from some type of stress, I welcome the challenge because it has shaped who I am today. With a background in Physical Education, Athletic Training, Massage Therapy, Personal Training/Group Fitness and Nutrition/Wellness Coaching, I have developed my skill set to help others achieve their highest wellness potential.
